Karen Galloway, Broker/Owner and Managing Broker, has represented buyers and sellers in Elkhart County and the surrounding communities since 2002. After serving as Schrock Realty Group’s Managing Broker since 2011, Karen became the owner of the company in 2026. Her local market knowledge, strategic pricing, professional marketing, honest communication, and skilled negotiation help clients make confident decisions at every stage of their real estate journey. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), she also brings added knowledge and care to clients age 55 and older who may be considering a later-in-life move.

Anne Brown, Associate Broker, has been with Schrock Realty Group since becoming licensed in 2018. She is especially skilled at helping first-time homebuyers understand the process, make informed decisions, and feel confident from the first showing through closing. Anne also provides thoughtful, knowledgeable representation for sellers, using her understanding of the local market to help them prepare, price, and navigate their sale with confidence. Her honesty, local expertise, and genuine commitment to her clients make her a trusted advocate for both buyers and sellers.
